Our condominium is located in front of the stunning seafront, offering panoramic views of Armação beach. It is a perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, ship visits and the Buzios lifestyle, all while being able to enjoy everything on foot;

Our condominium is located in front of the stunning Orla, offering panoramic views of Armação beach. It is a perfect refuge for those who want to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, visiting ships and the Buziano lifestyle and being able to enjoy everything by walking;

We have 2 parking spaces. Pedestrian entrance from the front/vehicles from the next right after the entrance (on the side of the condominium);

Full kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils;

Excellent Wi-Fi for home office and streaming;

The house has 4 air-conditioned suites that accommodate up to 9 people as per the configuration below:

1st Superior Suite - Double bed + extra single mattress and bathroom; (3 people)

2nd Suite - Double bed and bathroom; (2 people)

3rd Suite - Double bed and bathroom; (2 people)

4th Suite - Double bed and bathroom; (2 people)

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as necessary. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay;

Check-ins/outs are generally self-service for entry and exit. During exceptional times, check-in/out is done in person in cases of exceptional times, or times when there are no condominium staff or team members on duty.
