Welcome to Tannin & Vine, a charming 1938 bungalow nestled in the heart of Walla Wallaâs wine country. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. Located just two blocks from Whitman College, three blocks from scenic Pioneer Park, and less than a mile from downtownâs renowned wine tasting rooms and dining, youâll be steps away from everything Walla Walla has to offer.
This home is under new owners and management, and we are excited for some fresh updates and added amenities. Stay tuned!

Step inside to discover a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for winding down after a day of wine tasting. The homeâs vintage kitchen, while compact, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy dinner in the quaint dining room, or take the experience outdoors for an alfresco meal under the trees in the picturesque backyard.
In the evenings, gather around the fire table under the stars, sip a glass of local wine, and soak in the peaceful ambiance.

Your charming wine country vacay includes:
-3 Bedrooms (1 king bed, 3 queen beds)
-2 Bathrooms (both with walk-in showers)
-Wood burning fireplace for cozy nights
-2 Smart TVs + Wi-Fi
-Washer/Dryer for convenience
-Fenced and private back yard with garden vibes & outdoor dining + fireside lounging
-Pet-friendly â dogs only (max of 2)
PROPERTY RULES:
1. Max Occupancy: 6 guests
2. Max number of vehicles: 2 vehicles
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. Trash shall not be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation
2. Forfeit of guestsâ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate
DOGS ALLOWED:
We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $200 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
PARKING:
Guests are permitted 2 vehicles: we can accommodate 1 vehicle in the driveway and a 2nd vehicle is allowed to park on the street. Please be sure to follow parking rules and signs, there is no parking on the home side of the street. **RVs and trailers are not permitted
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the front door, driveway and back door. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, and are for guests' safety. There are no indoor cameras. **Tampering with cameras is immediate cause of eviction.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

Over the last 15+ years we have spent many weekend adventures renting off VRBO, so we are thrilled to share another vacation home with others. We hope that through our experiences renting and hosting/managing other vacation rentals, we have built a cabin suitable for many.
