Step inside, and you’ll find the heart of the condo, a fully stocked kitchen, ready for you to whip up a quick snack or full meal. With plenty of counter space and storage, the kitchen comes complete with full-size appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. We’ve also made sure to include all the kitchen essentials, from dishes, cups, and silverware, to a toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and cooking utensils. If cooking isn't your thing, don't worry, there are plenty of great dining options nearby. Whether you choose to walk, drive, or even take advantage of food delivery services like UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates, you’ll be well taken care of.



For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the closet between the bathroom and guest bedroom, so you can easily freshen up your clothes during your stay.



On the other side of the kitchen is the first of the two bedrooms. This cozy room features two twin-sized beds, a nightstand in between, a dresser for storage, a ceiling fan, and a window that lets in plenty of natural light. You’ll also have a flat-screen TV and easy access to the guest bathroom, just outside the room. The guest bathroom includes a shower, vanity, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet, everything you need for a quick refresh!



Just past the kitchen, you'll find the inviting dining and living areas. The dining table seats four comfortably, with additional seating at the bar area behind it. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a sofa that converts to a bed, loveseat, accent chair, and coffee table, as well as a large flat-screen TV and side tables for convenience. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving, and the space opens up to the private balcony, where you can relax and take in the views. The apartment has been beautifully decorated, and the new flooring and modern touches throughout add to the overall charm and comfort.



Across from the living area is the spacious master bedroom. This peaceful retreat features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a large dresser, a closet for your belongings, and another flat-screen TV. You’ll also enjoy the ceiling fan, access to the private balcony, and your own ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, a large vanity, a mirror, hair dryer, and toilet, offering everything you need for a relaxing escape.



We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide bath towels, washcloths, bedding, and all the essentials for a hassle-free visit. You’ll also find starter toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion to help you settle in.



Guests also enjoy access to basic cable and Wi-Fi throughout the condo, so you can stay connected or unwind after a day of adventures.

This apartment is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall.
