This 479-square-foot apartment, completely renovated, will make you feel right at home. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city of Montreal and the Plaza St-Hubert neighborhood. With 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, it's the perfect apartment to accommodate 4 people. PRIVATE access to the rooftop terrace from May to October. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building * stairs *

Beaubien and Jean-Talon Metro stations are located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. City parking is available in front of the rear entrance of the accommodation.
Created in 1959, the Plaza has been characterized since 1984 by its canopy (glass roof) which was redone in 2019-2020, sheltering the two sidewalks of rue Saint-Hubert over a distance of 1.2 km. It brings together all kinds of shops and services (clothing, shoes, furniture, restaurants, bookstores, photo shop, pharmacy, food, bars, etc.). Public transport: bicycles, metro and bus.
The apartment is located near the Beaubien and Jean-Talon metro stations (orange line) at more or less 10 min walk.
-Smoking is prohibited in any area of the apartment, specifically inside and outside, including entrance, and common areas.
-No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm The number of guests must not exceed reservation.
-This regulation applies to you as well as your guests and / or visitors. If this norm is not respected, these are the consequences:
1. You will be automatically charged a $ 500 fine.
2. You and your companions will be invited to leave the apartment without any right to reimbursement.
-Please do not use towels nor any other linens in the unit to remove make-up or clean other substances (If towels and bed sheets are stained you will be automatically changed to replace them )
-No pets allowed
