Great location and a spacious unit. The apartment is on the older side and there are four flights of stairs to walk up. Once inside, it’s cozy and has everything you need. The apartment is family- friendly and the host is responsive.

Merci, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review! Indeed the apartment is 2 floors up above the ground with no neighbors above. The older side has its charms like the original woodworks ;). Best regards from the MTLVacationRentals team

Very responsive and organized hosts. Great location and balcony view of the happenings on the pedestrian walkway. Lots of room and everything you need in the apartment. One A/c for the entire unit could get warm in heat of summer. A utility fixture on the roof sends vibrations to the entire apartment at times. Would stay there again.

Merci, many thanks! We're truly happy you had a fantastic time. The AC unit is 18 000btu, during heat wave we recommend leaving it on at all time, along with the standing fans in each room and all doors open during day time, so the fresh air can circulate. Best regards, the MTLVacationRentals team (Yann, Caroline, Martin, Guillaume and Sandy)

Great for families with kids. Convenience to nearby park and playgrounds, plenty to do, easy access to downtown and old town. The hosts set up the pack and play and high chair before we got to the property which was helpful.
