This thoughtfully designed home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, offering the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for your getaway. Relax by the firepit, soak in the hot tub, or whip up a family BBQ. Then head to the game room with pool, ping-pong, foosball and arcade games, or cozy up with some fresh popcorn for a movie night in the loft/theater room area.

GENERAL: Linens and towels provided, full size washer/dryer with detergent pods and dryer sheets, electric heating and AC, hangers, laundry bags, iron/board, trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper/tissues

All bathrooms (3) come stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, complimentary lotions, q-tips, cotton pads, floss sticks, and individually wrapped makeup remover wipes

This cabin has everything that you need to have a memorable trip to the Poconos!

Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of 2 locked owners closets.

For an additional fee, guests also have the option to take advantage of all the amenities the Big Bass Lake community has to offer.

For use of the extensive amenities at Big Bass Lake, you must purchase amenity passes (for guests above the age of 7) and they are priced as follows:

Daily pass: weekdays $8/per day - per person.
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10/per day - per person.
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week/per person.
Holiday week: $50 per week/per person

Passes can be purchased at the Club House in the summer, and at the Recreation Center or Admin Building in the off-season.

**When you purchase the amenity passes, the community provides you with tennis rackets, balls, basketballs, and even towels for the indoor pool!**

They give you access to every amenity that's seasonally available!
Other things to note

PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days before your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.

Moreover, there will be a $50 charge for ANY CHANGES made to the form less than 3 days before the rental commencement. Please send an inquiry for more details.

All reservations made within 3 days of arrival or without registration will be subject to a $50 fee.

No pets allowed.

No parties allowed - The maximum number of people allowed is the amount listed at the time that you book - which is a maximum of 12 guests. There will be a $500 fee if there are any parties of more than 12 guests at the property without prior approval.

This home is in the gated Big Bass Lake community, which strictly enforces quiet hours from 11pm-7:30am. Breaking of quiet hours or any community rules are subject to violation fees.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside. If you do smoke outside, please pick up all remnants.

Please supervise children when using bunk beds. Bunk beds are to be used at your own risk.

This property includes security features such as Ring spotlight cameras and Schlage smart locks for self-check-in for your safety and peace of mind. Please note that there is a Ring Camera over both entry doors on the top deck and ground level to monitor our cleaning services and check ins. These Ring Cameras will be on during your stay, but only monitor the entryways.
