Those beautiful water views never get old, Victoria. Accommodations were clean upon arrival, functional and easy to live in while visiting. The back door private pool access led directly to beach access where the soft groomed white sand beach came nearly to the gated entrance. While you can find 7 miles of paradise on Anna Maria Island as the advertising suggests, we only needed a few hundred feet to find it. Small issues with batteries were quickly resolved by hosts that provided assistance within a short time frame. Shaded beach walks in the morning, tanning under the sun, beautiful sunsets in the evening then sleeping with the sounds of a mild surf. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This condo is right on the beach! The screened lanai was very spacious with great views. The condo was spotlessly clean, had very comfortable beds, was nicely decorated and the beach chairs were provided. We will return to this lovely home again!

March get-way

Great location, 15 min walk to Bridge St., beach was A+, weather was perfect. Lots of sunshine, the Condo was clean and well appointed. Screened in large patio allows you to keep the two accordion sliding glass doors open, you can hear the ocean, view was spectacular! Everyone we met was very friendly, made new friends, can't wait to go back.

Marbella 3 was as beautiful as the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The only issue was that the elevator was still out of order, which made move in and out hard. The property manager did offer to send someone to help, but we didn’t want to bother anyone. That was the only downfall of the week. Otherwise we had a wonderful time. We will definitely make sure the elevator is fixed before booking again.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Marbella Villa 3 by AMI Locals, Rebecca. We're so happy to hear the home lived up to your expectations and that the well-equipped kitchen helped make your stay enjoyable. We sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding the elevator. While this building amenity is maintained by the HOA, we know its availability is especially important, and we were glad to offer assistance with move-in and move-out. The HOA has advised us that the repair is a significant project and is expected to be completed as soon as possible. Thank you again for your patience and kind words and we'd love the opportunity to welcome you back once the repairs are complete!

Well maintained, nicely appointed condo in a great location. Beautiful beach.

The best part was the screened porch with view of the ocean. Beautiful sunset every evening. The spiral staircase leading down to the pool was a surprise. Very convenient. Nice pool area with shower and restroom. Lounge chair storage near the beach was convenient. Location was perfect, with a trolly stop close by. Easy walk to Bridge Street restaurants and shops.

The Condo was great. The pool was a little small and winding staircase a little tricky with floats.

The booking experience was fast and easy, only to many extra fees. Build the price to have tax and cleaning fee only. The access to the property was easy. The entry to the condo perfect. The condo was very roomy and very nice. Beach was great. The only complaint I would have is that the pool was a bit small. I would recommend staying there and I would return to that condo again.
