Sunset terrace

Location was perfect. Would stay again simply for the location. The condo was fine, the coach seemed a little dirty as well as layers of dust on the ceiling fans. One complaint is that I called the day after we arrived and said the canopy was broken (i messaged on VRBO prior to the booking to see if this was included, and they said it was), the person I talked to on the phone said someone would return my call, we left 6 days later and I’m still waiting on that phone call.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is all you need for a beach vacation. So easy to walk out to the beach. The locker on the bottom made for easy clean up from a sandy beach day. The interior is a little dated but it’s fine. We will for sure be back!

It was great! There was only two things that were a little inconvenience, the first house keeping didn’t get done until 4:30pm even though check in was at 4:00pm. The other was the master bedroom shower has very little water pressure.

Clean upon arrival, definitely needs a few updates, couch has seen better days, great balcony but also needs updated furniture. We only needed assistance once which was taken care of immediately! A guide on using TV / Roku would have prevented call. The entire island is truly amazing!

Great week on Anna Maria island

Beautiful beach, great location, weather excellent! 4 adults in 2 bedroom 2 bath unit ....we all had a wonderful week! Hopefully we can make it back again next year!

Needs a little updating, but amazing location and views. Anna Maria island is one of our favorite places to visit. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great beach condo

Perfect location on the beach. The view from the screened in balcony is unbeatable. We saw dolphins several days. The heated pool was great to have for an alternative for the kids. The unit had lots of games for when we needed a break from the sun which was also great.

Exceeded expectations

Clean spacious and well appointed with all needs considered. SHould add a mention in any write about the use of the parking garage closet for storing bikes, boards, chairs and beach toys. Very convenient and helpful to have available.

Fantastic Location and even a better view

Property, location, view, and pool were fantastic. Several maintenance issues in the unit and check in issue have been reported to the property manager to help make the next guest's stay better, We love the property, but this unit needs some routine maintenance and some TLC. Had a great stay. Thank you.

Beautiful Beach

Beach was phenomenal. It was convenient to have access to beach chairs, sand toys etc. Each morning we would set up our spot on beach and spend all day there. The condo was clean and had the necessities. I do think some new blankets and bedding would be helpful. Overall - we had a great time and we’re happy with our stay. We also did have an issue with the dryer and RVA was prompt and there within a couple hours to fix.

Spacious place

The heat wasn’t easy to to figure out. The main bedroom bathroom did not have a good shower head. The place was spacious and very clean good view of the beach. Would have liked to have been able to move tge screens on the balcony. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The view!

The location is great and the view is spectacular. The condo has a nice layout to it. It is pretty out dated but for the money we paid it was fair. The bathrooms were what needs the biggest updates. The couch looks comfortable but is the most uncomfortable couch I've probably ever sat on. The linens are old and can stand to be replaced with new. All in all, for the money paid, it was the best deal on the island with that kind of view and we would happily stay there again. RVA did a great job.

Near perfect

I love Sunset Terrace and this unit is beautiful...and the view of the Gulf is PERFECT! The only issues we had was that there were no wash clothes provided, even though we had plenty of bath and hand towels. The shower doors in both bathrooms were also difficult to close/open as they got off track easily. However, that's not enough to keep me from renting this unit again! Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

We loved being right on the Beach...

The Condo at Sunset Terrace needs repair and updating. The bathrooms need redone. The shower was very moldy and cracked. Carpeting was dirty. The Levors on the sliding door were broke so we could not close them... the dishwasher wasn't attached so when you opened the door it would tip. We loved the Ocean view though! We would stay at Sunset Terrace again, but not at that Condo. Gave it only three stars because of the condition of the condo.

Check in was horrible, but stay turned out great.

I messaged the host 4 times to make sure everything was going to be ok with our late arrival and was told our welcome packet and keys would be in the late arrival box at the office. We arrived as scheduled looked in the late arrival box and no welcome packet for us. After several calls with no answer we finally got ahold of someone who was able to get the building manager. He called me and said he could meet us at the property with the keys in 15min. I certainly appreciate him meeting us at the property but we had to wait over an hour for him to finally show up. After getting our keys the condo itself could definitely use some update (furniture especially) but the location and view is unbelievable!! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great on-the-beach location near good restaurants and shopping. However the condo was "worn". Ceiling fans were not functioning as designed and missing globes and bulbs, faded furniture, broken lamps and extension cords everywhere. The two electric, upright vacuums were not functional, one had a broken suspension, the other lacked a drive belt. When we arrived for our months stay, it was well cleaned. Overall, it was enjoyable but the condition was not as advertised.
