This thoughtfully designed three-level island home was created for families and groups who want to spend time together while still enjoying plenty of personal space. Recently coming off a $250,000 remodel, this a great choice that doesnât look nor vacation like a cookie cutter.
Inside youâll find a large open living area with a newly remodeled kitchen featuring quartz countertops, modern appliances, and a glass tile backsplash plus incredible ceiling details. The kitchen flows directly into the living and dining spaces, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals, family game nights, or relaxing after a day at the beach.
Something that is super rare on SPI - three decks - step outside onto one of the three spacious decks for morning coffee or evening margaritas while enjoying the warm Gulf breeze or watching your kids in the pool after a long day at the beach
