Perfect Getaway

The property was even better than described. The place was wonderful. The theater was our favorite part of the cabin as we were able to watch movies each night a family. We would absolutely stay again!

Fall Fun.

Location was convenient. Host was very quick to respond. The house was equipped with everything you need for the kitchen. Tons of games, videos, pool, and fun!

Family time!

This cabin was extremely clean! Everything was exactly as it was described in description except the pool was smaller than we expected. Cabin was stocked with basically everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner every day of our stay. The host checked in with us daily and was very welcoming. A+ all the way around.

Pigeon Forge Vacation

Sparkling clean & spacious cabin! Very easy drive to & from the Parkway, shopping, parks activities. Kids & adults all enjoyed the indoor pool & game room. Plenty of room to stretch out. We would defiantly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great couples get away!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was extremely clean, and the location was incredibly convenient for visiting Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and even Cherokee. The hot tub on the deck was a highlight, and we loved the privacy and beautiful wooded views from all three decks. The only minor issue was that the indoor pool was a bit cool for our liking, but overall, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! --- Feel free to adjust as needed!

Girls Weekend Trip!

We had an amazing time and enjoyed the cabin so much! We loved the indoor pool, but also access to the community pool! The hot tub, theater room and games were a huge hit! The cabin was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely recommend this to small group or family.

"Perfect Mountain Retreat: 3-level Cabin with Pool, Hot Tub, and Theater/Game Room

Our family of five (kids aged 14, 12, and 9) enjoyed a memorable 4-night stay at this fantastic cabin during the last week of July. The location was ideal—just far enough from the hustle of Pigeon Forge Parkway to offer peace and tranquility, yet close enough for a quick 20-minute drive to stunning state park hikes, swimming holes, and Gatlinburg. The cabin itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The master suite upstairs provided a private retreat, while the second level offered another bedroom and bathroom, along with a theater and game room—perfect for family fun. The lower level was a real highlight, featuring an indoor pool and hot tub on the deck. Each of the three levels had its own deck, though the mountain view was primarily from the front and kitchen window, rather than off the decks. With grocery stores conveniently nearby, we made great use of the well-equipped kitchen and even fired up the excellent grill on a couple of occasions. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and genuinely welcomed feedback, even on small details like an uneven shuffleboard table. We can't wait to return!

We will definitely be back. The location was awesome, the cabin was clean, and the owners were easy to reach by text. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities and never got bored. 10/10!

Perfect Location!

This cabin is 10/10! It was our first time renting on VRBO and this is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. Very Clean and amazingly organized with clear printed and laminated instructions in every room to use the many cool features… like the xbox in the theater room and the surround sound! We enjoyed relaxing in the pool, it was the perfect size and we appreciated that it was not filled with harsh chemicals! The porch gliders were amazing and from our bedroom window we even got to watch the Dollywood fireworks on Friday evening! It was beautiful to see them behind the ferris wheel at the island from the bedroom. We stayed 2 nights and because of the prime location we could easily stop by the cabin throughout the day as needed. The hosts were VERY responsive to all of our questions/concerns! Will rent again! Highly recommend!

Great Spot Close to Everything

We had a great time at this cabin. The owners had great communication and checked in with us a couple of times just to make sure everything was going well. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the theater room. Loved having smart tvs everywhere and the location was only a few minutes from the main road. My husband already said we should try to book the same place the next time we visit the area.

Beautiful Cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at Blackberry Splash! The cabin's location was excellent with a short drive to the Pigeon Forge attractions. The cabin was one of the cleanest and most well kept places we have stayed in! We enjoyed the pool (it was the perfect temperature), the hot tub, games and theater! Communication with the owners was excellent and they checked on us throughout our stay! The mattress in the top level bedroom was a little hard, but other than that we wouldn't change a thing! We will definitely be back!

Pretty cabin, small pool

The cabin was pretty, but when we got there the bathrooms weren't clean. The owner sent cleaners out pretty quickly, but this process meant we had to sit for over 2 hours and wait before we could start getting ready to go do what we had planned. We didn't want to get any of the dirty tubs. Once the tubs were cleaned and we were able to use them, the drains smelled like mold. We had to close them back to keep it from making the bedroom smell like mold. Bedrooms were large, had plenty of room for an air mattress and pack and play for the kids. The theater room was nice, we couldn't get the xbox to work though. We followed the instructions, and have an xbox at home but it kept saying no signal. The pool was too small for 4 people to get in and be able to move around. We expected it to be bigger for the size of the cabin. We have stayed in 2 different 1 bedroom cabins that both had larger pools. It looked like it the sides of the pool needed to be brushed. Some areas of the wall of the pool didnt look clean. The location is great. We had stayed in this area before and that is why we choose this cabin.

Our Home in the Mountains

Our family loves the cabin!!! Clean, easy acces, and entertaining is what we had there!! Audrey had contacted me a couple of times make sure she and Andy were available. She answered my questions when I had some, especially about the home theatre lol!! Our family did not leave our cabin the first day in the mountains. We fun with the indoor pool, hot tub, home theatre, foosball, and the ARCADE!!! My kids and I had tons of fun playing DIG DUG!! One of the best things about the cabin, if you have a question about where things are in the cabin, what’s near by, or just general question, Audrey has a binder just for those occasions. She also has labeled the cabin for where everything is and goes back when done. In the future, we will be heading back there for another stay in the Smoky Mountains!!!

5 Star Cabin

Our family of 5 (including 3 children) thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Blackberry Splash. All of our needs were met/exceeded, including small things you would normally forget (i.e. sippy cups, spices, extra cozy blankets, towels, bluetooth speakers, the list goes on). Everything was very clean and well kept, including the pool area. You can tell that the owners take pride in this property. We hope to return again soon.

Our stay was amazing! We loved everything about this cabin! Very family friendly. Audrey was great with communication up to and during our stay! Very close to The Island which is a plus for the kids and parent as well!

Great Cabin

The cabin was just as described and more! We had a great trip and the owner was great to work with as well and replied quickly. We really enjoyed the heated pool and theater room and the cabin was very clean and spacious. Would stay here again!
