In most cities these kinds of neighborhoods are only accessible by the wealthy but here in Rochester, people from all walks of life make Corn Hill their home

The Corn Hill Neighbors Association is one of Rochester’s most active neighborhood associations, working hand in hand with city government and other neighborhood groups to provide for the continuing improvement of the neighborhood. Corn Hill Landing, located on the west side of the Genesee River, is home to some of Rochester’s best known restaurants and also offers luxury river-view apartments.

Corn Hill is well known today for its annual events. Each August for two days, more than a quarter million visitors pack its narrow streets for the Corn Hill Art Festival which originated in 1968. Also, each summer, the Clarissa Street Reunion brings current and former residents together with visitors for a music-filled event on a street that was once referred to as “Rochester’s Broadway” because of its jazz clubs. At the end of the year in December, the Corn Hill Neighbors Association and the Landmark Society of Western New York hold a Holiday Tour of Homes, both historic and modern.

Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided.

ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.

Secure Smart-Lock Check-In: You will receive a secure smart lock code prior to your arrival, allowing for a smooth and convenient check-in process. The apartment is located on the second floor which is 2 flight of stairs.

Parking: There is parking available on the premises for one vehicle.

Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we require a photo of your pet as well as their vet records. Please note that only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

We do not accommodate individuals from the local area in this unit.
