This property was amazing, had all the amenities and necessities. It was very clean and cozy. I went on a work trip and wish I had more time to stay and enjoy this property and are. It was also right across the street from lake Ontario

Property was gorgeous. Neighborhood is something out of a Normal Rockwell painting. Owners were very responsive. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

This was a lovely property as described in the listing. The hosts were prompt and pleasant in their communication. We had no issues whatsoever. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea, very helpful to be able to sit and relax after a long drive with a hot beverage and pleasant surroundings.

We enjoyed staying at the cottage for the weekend. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just a short walk to the beach area on the lake. The check-in/check-out process was easy and the hosts welcomed us with a basket of snacks. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This was the most warm and inviting cottage we have ever been in. Had everything we could have possibly wanted. The cottage was clean and well decorated with much Rochester history on the walls. The hosts were super nice and very considerate the whole time. Would absolutely consider coming back!

Nice spot for family vacation

Cute little cottage that was perfect for us and our 4 small kids. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and laundry space. Just what we needed for a nice weekend.

Great Place to Stay!

This charming cottage is the perfect alternative to a hotel. We couldn't have been happier. It was very spacious but very comfortable for our whole family. Our stay here was the most relaxing part of the whole trip and we can't wait to come back!

Really lovely, quiet lakeside community home!Came to celebrate the holidays with family but wanted a quiet place to stay when not with family and this place is it.Great communication with owners and the house is really clean and cozy. Hopefully we will repeat the stay again soon!

It was our second year spending two weeks at the cottage. We were comfortable yet again. Highly recommend it if you'd like to be in the Hilton area.

Comfortable cottage

We enjoyed our second visit to the cottage. It is clean and comfortable. We like being close to Hamlin Beach State Park, and the Braddock Bay Lighthouse. A nice 4 days.

Great Cottage!

The cottage was fantastic. Very clean and cozy and located in a quiet neighborhood. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. I will be staying at this lake cottage whenever I visit Rochester.

Graduation weekend at RIT

We had a great stay. Rochester was only 1/2 an hour away and the neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe. Able to attend our son’s graduation from RIT! Plenty of room and nice outdoor spaces!

Attention to Detail

The property was very quaint. We arrived to have everything we needed along with a plesant welcome. Everything was in order, easy to locate down to instructions for local activities, wi fi, to beach, and park access. The owners were outstanding to work with. A1 stay. Looking forward to our next stay.
