Great house with spacious rooms and living areas. Although we didn’t cook it looked like the kitchen was well equipped. The balconies/decks were a bonus and lovely. The location was great and having your own parking spaces was wonderful. The area around the house is charming and very convenient.

We had a great last minute stay! The house is adorable, beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and layout worked well for a girls trip! The second floor has a living room and kitchen, bedrooms are spread across first and third floors. Home is well stocked with nice coffee and bath supplies. Would return! It's about 10 min walk to king st. but still in a cute area.

This is an amazing home and centrally located to anything you may need. This trip was for my niece and two of her friends who are getting ready to head back to college after summer break. They live in the Midwest and it was their first trip to Charleston. As always, the city did not disappoint and neither did the house! It was an awesome trip and the girls are already talking about the next one!

The house was great! Fantastic location - about a 10 minute walk to King Street. Lots of cute bars and restaurants in the area around the house. The house itself was clean and exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed for a girls trip. Would recommend this place and would definitely come back.

This house was beautiful and clean. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The two suite bedrooms are as you walk in on the first floor with the kitchen and living areas on the second floor, and two additional bedrooms with a large shared bath on the third level. My only concern was that there wasn’t a vent on the second floor steps, third floor hallway, or in the bathroom. That made it rather warm and slightly stuffy. The ac in the bedrooms worked well and there were fans also. It was just the hall and bath that weren’t ideal. We had a maintenance issue and it was addressed immediately.

Property was just as described. Great location! Property manager was extremely accommodating. We were traveling with an elderly parent who uses oxygen. Property management was so gracious to help us with the return of the oxygen supplies and we were so grateful for that. Highly recommend this property and property management company. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

This was a great house. The location was very convenient. We also liked that 3/4 bedrooms had king beds and the 4th was a queen - very unique for rentals. Communication was also great.

Great house!

Great old house within walking distance of great restaurants, the park, and the farmers market on weekends. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful spot for family trip

We had a wonderful stay in this very cute, clean, and comfortable home. Location was great and in walking distance to plenty of fun locations. Owners were quick to respond to any needs or questions. Check in/out process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!
