You'll love the large private deck with its relaxing views of the beach. Listen to the waves as you sip on your morning coffee or favorite cocktail. Here, you can put your mind at ease.

The beach is less than a minute's walk away. You can easily walk to the beach thanks to the community path that takes you right to it.

Inside the home, take a load off in the lovely living room with a big comfy couch. Watch your show or catch the big game on the large cable TV.

The open-concept space flows right into the adorable dining area.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space. It also includes a bread holder, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, knife set, cutting boards, dishwasher, and large sink.

The 2 bedrooms are extremely comfortable and ever-so-charming, both with queen beds and lovable decor that matches the old school style found throughout the home. The cozy living room couch pulls out to an even cozier full bed.

When its time to get cleaned up, you'll have plenty of space in the two roomy bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has a shower / tub combination and the 2nd bathroom has a floor to ceiling shower.

Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
