Beautiful house/beautiful view

The Oasis is a beautiful house. The deck has comfy chairs for enjoying the outstanding view. The house had everything we needed and we felt at home. We had a couple of issues which were taken care of promptly. And Jinnell went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay again!

GREAT stay!

We stayed at the Mountain Oasis detached town home and it was a great experience and stay for our family! We had 7 adults and 5 kids for our long weekend in Duluth and this home felt cozy, roomy and full of perks. The hot tub and sauna (even in the summer) were a hit. We had a room for each adult couple/single and the kids loved sleeping together in the living room with the cot mattresses. This town home was clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and all the towels/bedding our crew needed. 10/10 Would definitely book again for another stay!

River west for girls weekend

Perfect accommodations for a big group. This is our second year here and considering coming back again next year! It was awesome that a hot tub was added to the property and the gift basket was a nice touch!! Only complaint was that there were a lot of little fruit flies in the kitchen so something should probably be done about that. The grill grate was not brushed off when we arrived, but we never used it. That wouldn't have been a deal breaker anyway! There was an extra tank of propane which we changed on the gas fire table so that was handy! All in all a great stay and we'd definitely return!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The house is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully set up—perfect for multiple families and young children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meals and entertaining easy and enjoyable. The layout was very convenient, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Huge plus it was dog friendly too!

Beautiful home with tons of views and a lot of peace and quiet. Amenities galore and located at the base. It’s advertised as ski in ski out but it is not. That wouldn’t have stopped us from staying here. The host was amazing. She was very responsive and helpful at all times before and during our trip. We will be back next year!

Amazing Duluth Accommodation

We stayed here because my son ran Grandma's Marathon. I plan to rent this again for my annual girl's weekend trip. The property is absolutely beautiful, very roomy, and laid out well. The kitchen is stocked and there is plenty of seats for meals. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The scenery on the east side was amazing.The questions we had were answered promptly.I highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed.

This home had plenty of our space for our group. The kitchen and living room areas had plenty of seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and a coffee maker. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very clean. We didn't spend much time watching TV, but there was a large TV in every bedroom. There were dog food and water dishes on the main level. A nice pet-friendly touch. There were three outside areas to sit and relax. We enjoyed time each night by the patio heater on the deck. The instructions for checking in and checking out were easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we were staying longer than a weekend. We will be back!
