Waterfront 3 bedroom Pool home in Floral City- Serene & Private

This home has a serene vibe and airy layout. The enclosed pool area is part of the living space.
Your relaxation vacation starts on the drive in, through lakefront and farmland. You may pass the zebras out grazing.
Bring your bikes, fishing poles or jet skis. The Floral City boat ramp, Withlacoochee bike trail are within a few miles, as well as the Shamrock restaurant/pub.

Floral City is about an hour from Tampa and Orlando. Nearby Crystal River for manatees, scalloping and Three Sisters Springs.

Three bedroom, two bath home with enclosed pool (not heated) and lakefront with private dock. Located on a private, gated drive in a quiet neighborhood.

Central A/C and heat.

Open floor plan includes a living room with comfortable seating for 6 and a large screen tv with Roku streaming and dining table which seats 6.
Large kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and also has counter seating for 4. (Please note, kitchen/laundry room tile is extremely slippery when wet.)

The master suite has an attached bath with walk in shower and opens to the pool area. Also, sliding glass doors opening to the pool area.
King size bed with adjustable head frame.
Large screen tv with Roku streaming and walk in closet with bathroom towels.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and desk for work area.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and tv with Roku streaming.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as extra pillows and blankets.

The pool area has two tables for eating, one covered and one with an umbrella. Two chaise lounge chairs and a small sitting area.

There are 2 folding chairs in the pool area if you'd like to bring them to the dock or front porch (please return to pool area).
There are 2 folding lawn chaises in the storage bin in the pool area.

Outside grill area by laundry room.

You will have the entire property to yourself, with the exception of the garage, the coat closet and one cabinet in the laundry room. They are reserved for owner.

I understand that friends and family may visit during your stay. Please, no more than 10 people, maximum on the premises at any time, including children.
Once again, I request that my neighbors are respected. It is a very quiet neighborhood, so please respect my rules of quiet time after 9:30pm.
Booking my home is an agreement to my house rules.

Other things to note
There is a security camera on at all times mounted on the outside of the house.

The dock has cleats, but no bumpers, so if you want to dock your boat, etc they must have their own bumpers.

Supplies at hand*
I leave a generous amount of toilet paper, shampoo and other toiletries, laundry soap. There are basic cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink, including Brillo, if needed for the stainless steel pots. Dawn soap is in dispenser on kitchen sink. Trash bags and paper towels under kitchen cabinets. Please put all garbage into kitchen trash bag and tie before putting into outdoor bins (other guests may need to use them before pickup, so please be considerate).
Please do not use the pots and pans to cook on the outdoor grill. Please do not use the front door due to bugs and light carpet.
Please treat my home as if it were your own.
