Freshly Renovated Pool Home - Close to Crystal River

Ranch style pool home with circular driveway and fenced yard. This home has just been remodeled with new kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, new flooring and fixtures. It has a huge caged, salt water pool (NOT HEATED) for those hot summer days. Lounge chairs for sunning and pool towels provided. Covered lanai area for outdoor dining with BBQ grill. The home has a semi open layout with living room, kitchen, family room for additional sleeping space. It has a large master bedroom with a walk in shower and closet. Great outdoor space with a fenced yard for your children or pets. Very close proximity to shopping and dining and a short ten minute trip to Crystal River for some fishing, boating and manatee adventures! Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($75/ week or $200/mo per pet). The home is equipped with exterior cameras, please do not disconnect this system during your stay.

Great House and Location

Made a great home base of exploring the area. House is well-appointed, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner communicates excellently and is prompt to respond with any questions. We would love to stay again in the future.

Enjoyed all the Crystal River activities ( kayaking, biking, exploring the area , boat tour ) Donna was a great responsive host , all our questions were answered promptly We would recommend staying at this property and if we come back to the Crystal River area again I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again

Fabulous vacation home

The home is very nice and has absolutrly everything you need. The pool is absolutely amazing & the enclosure keeps the bugaboos away. The home is in close proximity to every adventure in the area, the beach, Crystal & Rainbow river, swimming with manatee. The property manager met all our needs promptly. We had a wonderful time & will definitely reserve this perfect home again.

Awesome stay

This house had all we wished for from comfortable beds all with tv’s to a fully stocked kitchen, located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and parks. The children’s favorite was a large pool with floats and noodles for fun times

Perfect VRBO for visiting family who live in Beverly Hills. Location was convenient to restaurants, grocery store, and Crystal River. Property was well stocked and very clean!

Family visit

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family. Plenty of room to spread out and a large pool and patio for relaxing. Owner is very responsive to inquiries. We would stay here again if we return to this area.

Nice weekend getaway

Property was extremely clean. Checkin was super easy - as was checkout. Communication with host was prompt and friendly. We were visiting family in the area and was nice to have our own place to hangout - and enjoy the pool!

This property was nothing short of amazing! Great location quiet neighborhood and my kids loved the pool! Everything was just as advertised on the website! Donna was great and was very flexible with us extending our stay. Definitely would rebook this property!

Amazing Family Trip

We stayed he from 8/17- 8/21 the property was accommodating for the amount of family we had stay. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool. The owner is great to deal with and very quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend to stay here and will definitely book again if we vacation in Florida again.

I'm a real estate Broker and I live and work in Citrus County. I also own a vacation rental house in on a canal in Crystal River. I love this area and all it has to offer! I am a transplant from the northeast (Jersey/New York state) and I love the Florida lifestyle!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a newly renovated home with a private pool (was the first home I lived in when I relocated to FL), it has a great floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, private garage for your bicycles (if you want to bring them), fenced yard. It is a 3 minute drive to Winn Dixie or Publix and local restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Crystal River and Gulf of Mexico where you can go fishing, boating, swim with the manatees, etc.
