We reserved this place as part of a last minute roadtrip. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 babies. The home was fantastic, a real cozy retreat. The location made it easy to get to restaurants and fishing locations. The community had many scenic areas and recreational activities. I would recommend that all travelers confirm water advisories before swimming, but that is just a general note for anyone traveling. My family and I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Loved the condo. Nice having bikes, kayaks, paddle board and golf cart to use all week. Lagoon was nice to swim in and also had the pool. We also enjoyed fishing off the jetty.

This place checks all the boxes! For less than an hotel room for four, we had two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, living room, full kitchen and laundry! Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, and ac was cold. Our host was the best, with great response time and very helpful. Having a golf cart and extra amenities kept us busy during the off season. Had a great time playing pickle ball with the family at the local courts and made lots of memories. Traveling with adult daughters can be challenging but the extra space made it easy on everyone. 5 stars!As far as other comments about seaweed, it was the same all the way to Key West and is more seasonal and in no way impacted our activities.

The property and communication with the host was great! Clean, updated, spacious property. The host was very responsive and listened to any concerns or anything we needed. The only downfall was that we picked this place for the amenities and beach access and we were not able to access the beach area or have any beach time at the property due to the seaweed (sargassum) on the beach. This was of no fault to the host. Coming from Nebraska, we had no idea about this issue and the season. So, it would have been nice to know about it before booking.

We went down to Florida for our friend’s wedding and found this lovely place close to the venue. It fit all the guests and the beds were super comfortable. Beautiful house with any amenity you could ask for! The pond super close to place had amazing fishes to look at and snorkel with. We got lucky with amazing weather and neighbors. The check-in/check-out process was super simple and the Welcome Guide provided by Annmarie was very helpful. Stopped by many of the restaurants and beaches recommended and loved the experience! We would definitely recommend to future guests and would love to visit again.

Very nice unit. Our 5th stay at Kawana Resort. This is now our favorite. Very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, attentive and accommodating owner. Great location, near pool and lagoon. Golf cart was a great added bonus. 5 of us, including 2 kids. We all loved our stay and will be back.

The condo was perfect!! We loved the setup, location and vibe. Having the pool right out the back door, playground right next to that and lagoon too?, so awesome! The fish in the lagoon were awesome. Made for great snorkeling and we even brought our scuba gear to dive it. Way cool. Laundry on the patio, golf cart for exploring and comfy beds to crash in. Couldn’t ask for better. Will definitely be back!

We had a terrific time and this property was everything we needed and more! The owner is beyond helpful and truly cares about her guests. The place was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked with about anything we needed. The resort was great my boys loved swimming and paddle boarding in the lagoon. The pool was large and warm. We didn't even use the second pool available, the one in front of the unit is very nice. We spent a lot of time feeding the fish in the lagoon which my younger kids especially loved to see. The whole resort is quite large so the golf cart comes in handy. Communication with the host was great, she was quick to respond to questions and sent out some useful information about the area. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going to Key Largo.

Hi!  We are the Norman Family!  We've always loved the ocean and found our peace and happiness in the Florida Keys a few years back at this EXACT CONDO!!!   It became our own and we feel so lucky to own it and share it with the world. We got hooked...pun intended!  We love all things ocean water sports and the peace and serenity it brings us with our busy lives with work and kids.  Of all the places to travel, we repeatedly come back to this place.  We love our quality family time, but we also love friends weekends, so this is literally the perfect resort to have whatever you are in need of.  Tropical family vacation full of excursions or just lay by the pools and lagoon or friends or couples trip and do all of the things the Florida Keys has to offer!  Our kids love to snorkel in the lagoon, collect crabs in the coral reef right off the Jetty and just ride around on the golf cart.  We kayak, paddle board, swim, boat, snorkel and rest and we hope you feel the exact same way.  We hope we "hook" you into coming back to Reefside Lagoon Retreat for years to come.  Our home is your home away from home.
