I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental in Daytona Beach. The location is the best. So many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The room had literally everything you could need and more. It was clean, spacious and modern. We would definitely stay here again in rhe future.

We absolutely love this property! Would definitely go back again next year. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and responded immediately! Beautiful view and beautiful property. Really enjoyed having lots of condiments already in the unit so we did not have to purchase so much. We left whatever we did not use also. I would highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds comfortable. The amenities with the beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas and toys were great to have. We took our grandson and he loved the beach with all the toys. The high chair and pack and play were awesome to have. Communication with the host was outstanding.

Beautiful property and very well equipped!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very helpful to have 2 parking spaces in the garage as we had 2 handicapped vehicles.If we are ever in the Daytona area again will definitely stay here again.

The condo was a perfect location. Beach was beautiful. It was located near many great restaurants and shops. Vanessa provided many helpful extras such as laundry materials, towels, kitchen necessities, pantry items, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc. It was the most vacation-ready place we have ever stayed in! The unit was very clean and nice. It looked brand new. There were plenty of towels and beach toys. The view of the ocean was gorgeous and we had an amazing view of the fireworks from the Daytona concerts they host on Saturday nights. The pools, kid areas, and slides were perfect for our 3 and 8 year olds.

First Daytona Beach trip

The condo was exactly as described! Perfect location and amenities within the condo and resort. Plenty of space for 5 people and the floor plan was perfect for 2 parents and 3 17 year old boys. Vanessa is the best host giving you all the information you need to know about the condo itself and surrounding area as well as answering any questions you may have asap!

Had an amazing time staying here. The resort is perfect especially if you have kids. Huge pools and a nice slide and lazy river. Also in a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely loved the room. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Huge TVs in living room and bedrooms. Has a nice beachy vibe to it. The beach chairs and boogie boards provided were amazing. The stocked kitchen was the cherry on top! We will definitely be trying to stay here again next year!

Family Friendly-well stocked

Highly recommend. Super clean, closet full of conveniences for the beach, including a wagon, boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella. So nice! Everything looked brand new. Was perfect for our family for everyone to have their own space. The resort is super nice, our kids didn’t want to leave. (Neither did we )

Great family place

This was a great family place to stay. The listing was accurate and it had everything we needed!For the beach, it had beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach buggy, boogie boards, cooler, and beach towels.For the house hold, it had a Keurig coffee maker (individual pods), stocked with the usual cutlery and pots and pans, and it also had condiments in the fridge, and freezer packs for the cooler. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans for those who want additional air movement. Can watch sunrises from the balcony and see the fireworks set off from the pier. Vanessa was great to deal with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
