The home is located directly next to Palmetto-Pine Country Club, a premier golf course open to the public!

Interior: This beautiful home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience. The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, and flows seamlessly into the cozy living room, creating a warm and inviting space for gathering. For a little extra fun, step into the game room, complete with a pool table, air hockey table, and gaming console, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages.

The primary bedroom is a luxurious sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed, a massive walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large shower and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. Plus, it boasts direct access to the pool area, making it easy to enjoy a morning swim or evening dip. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or groups with two sets of bunk beds that have trundles, offering six cozy beds in total.

Outdoor Oasis: Step outside and experience your own private oasis. The backyard features a heated pool, perfect for year-round swimming, and a separate hot tub for ultimate relaxation. For added convenience, there`s a full private bathroom with direct access from the outside, so you never have to worry about running in and out of the house. Gather around the massive outdoor table that seats 10, ideal for family dinners or game night under the stars. The patio is complete with a fire pit, offering a cozy spot to enjoy an evening cocktail or roast marshmallows.

The pool can be heated up to 80 degrees at no extra cost. If you would like the pool warmer than 80 degrees, there is an additional fee ($35/day) or ($20/day for stays lasting 2+ weeks).

Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)

A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.
