- In ground Spa IS NOT a hot tub. Unlike a hot tub, it is on demand heating and will take a little while to heat up. It will never stay “hot” all day and is meant for an occasional soak.

- Spa IS NOT a kiddie pool and is not to be used for swimming, jumping or playing.

- For families with young children, please exercise extra caution when using these areas. Parents should supervise children closely at all times if using the pool to ensure their safety during your stay. There are no safety gates around the pool area.

- A Liability Waiver MUST be signed prior to arrival or upon arrival in order to use the outdoor amenities.

- This is a NO SMOKING property. For your safety, please do NOT smoke on the premises. No vaping.

- No Pets are allowed.

- No Events. No Parties.
