MOON LIGHT DINING VIEW (Indoor):
-One of the highlights of staying here is the stunning view of the full moonlight from the indoor dining table virtually. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal while taking in the beauty of the MOON LIGHT view on indoor dining table.
-Sleek eight seater dining table and chairs with nice moon light on dining.

Entertainment:
-Game room featuring a pool table & ping pong table.
-2 large sectional sofas and 2 smart TVs.

Spacious Living Area:
- Spacious and comfortable living areas
- 3 bedrooms with their own unique space-themed decors.
- Double rooftops with natural gas grill and a cozy lounge area.

NOTES AND RULES:
MOST IMPORTANT RULES:
-Pet fee $100 per stay. Two pets maximum.
-DO NOT ACCESS ROOF. PARTICULARLY FOR KIDS at cozy lounge area. Your safety is our top priority for us.
-NO STUDENT/DISRUPTIVE PARTIES.
-In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/or additional guests without prior notice and approval, reservations will be immediately terminated without refund.
-No smoking allowed on the property.
-No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
-No noise after 10PM.

We have 4 exterior security cameras in the front door, garage door, side porch and on rooftop. They will be on during guest stay and will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies are adhered to.

BUGS Disclaimer:
Please understand, we have a big backyard and are in close proximity to open fields. You might see or encounter while in our home or neighborhood, including, but limited to: birds, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rally polies to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We DO spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control Mother Nature, and therefore, we DO NOT refund if encounter her business during your stay. Thank you.
