▶ No refunds due to bad weather or roads
▶ Please, no open fires, charcoal grills, candles, etc other than fire pit or BBQ
▶ This property is in the mountains, in a heavily wooded area. The occasional bug may find its way inside. Rest assured, the house has regular pest control service for your comfort
▶ Please be "Bear Aware" - no food or trash to be left outside or in vehicles
▶ Requires separate rental agreement and house rules to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all parties. An e-sign link is sent to you after booking. 24 hrs to sign before the reservation is cancelled.
