Relax and recharge at this larger-than-average 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the peaceful Shorepine Village neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach, local pub, and shops, and located near paved walking and biking paths.
The open layout features cozy furnishings, upgraded amenities, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed and a beautifully tiled bathroom.
The spacious garage is loaded with beach toys, chairs, and gear, making it easy to enjoy a full day by the ocean. Out back, a fenced yard and sheltered deck create the perfect spot for outdoor meals or winding down after a beach day. There's a BBQ and a surfer shower on the back deck.
This quiet neighborhood is ideal for bike rides and sunset strolls. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a coastal escape with friends, this home has the space, comfort, and extras to make it memorable.

Downstairs has spacious living room, kitchen, dining area. 1/2 bath. Den has access to fenced back yard and deck. Spacious garage has the laundry. Upstairs has primary bedroom with king bed, walk in-closet and custom tile shower/jetted soaking tub. Bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom with twin bed and twin/twin bunk. Full hall bath and loft/den with TV.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded.
