Dish Network: You have full access to our dish network account on all TVs. You may also use your personal tv accounts on all of our 2 smart TVs.

Bikes / Electric Bikes: We have two electric bikes and one regular bike in the garage. Use them at your own risk. Please do not leave them unattended and return to their charger after every use.

Tiki Bar and Grill: The grill has a propane tank and side burners for your grill master.

Fire Table: The fire table on the lanai helps keep your toes warm on cool evenings.

Fishing Equipment: We do have fishing poles and small baits for our guests to use in our canal.

Fishing Guide: Personal fishing guide is available upon request. Please be specific on what you want to fish for. Contact him the day you arrive for best scheduling.

Turtles Island: Behind our home in the canal is a small turtle island. Please feel free to feed the fish, water fowl, and turtles.

Toys for the Kids: Kids toys are available for young ones to pass the time here or at the beach.

Beach Equipment: Beach equipment can be found in the garage. This includes sand toys, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach tent, beach chairs, and beach wagon for your convenience.

Pool Toys: Pool toys are in the bin beside the house. Basketball / volleyball equipment for the pool is available as well as floats and pool pong.

Pack-and- Play: A pack and play unit is stored in the master closet for your use.

Pool Heater: Our pool is heated and takes 24 hours to come up to temperature depending on the air temperature.

Air Compressor: We do have an air compressor in the garage for your use as well as a car compressor for the beach.

Pool Fountains: Our pool has water feature fountains you can control. Turn on the valves at the pump and let the fun begin.

We strive to give you everything you need for your stay. Please let us know if anything is missing or broken the day you arrive. We will try to have it replaced if possible but it is not promised.
