Absolutely loved it! Me and my 4 cousins had a wonderful week get away. The house is so cute and homey feeling. We loved the house. And great neighbors we ordered dominoes to the wrong address and they brought it over to us! It was so great! We loved the hottub after a long day at a festival. Quick responses from the host. House was very clean and nice to stay in.

Very cozy cottage! Loved the coffee bar, kitchen seating, and hot tub. We were in town visiting family and this was a perfect place for us to unwind and escape!

This was a very nice house to stay in, I loved being near by the town and went on many hikes through the different parks in the area. Everything was very neat and clean, and I had a very relaxing stay!

Great getaway location!!!

What an amazing country getaway. Beautiful home, comfortable, far away from the city noise and light pollution but close enough to everything you need. Great location to relax and with quite a few things to do around.

Loved this cute little house! Only downsides were the noise from the road right outside, when we were trying to sleep, and the eucalyptus hanging on the shower head was so strong it about drove me funny!

Exceptional Luxury!

Hartman Cottage was the perfect place for my friend and I to spend a few days catching up and working remotely. It was close to what we needed and had every amenity we could think of! Beautifully updated, modern luxury, and a fantastic host. Check out was the easiest I've ever had with VRBO and I would absolutely book with this host again and again!

From the moment we arrived, the host's communication was outstanding, providing us with all the information we needed to feel comfortable and welcomed. The property itself was a delightful surprise, filled with thoughtful details that really enhanced our experience. We particularly enjoyed the well-stocked coffee bar, perfect for our morning caffeine fix, as well as the assortment of welcoming snacks that greeted us upon arrival – it truly felt like a home away from home.Every aspect of the space was meticulously clean, comfortable, and organized, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The extra touches, such as the cozy decor and the well-thought-out amenities, really set this property apart. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we would highly recommend to others!

The house was warm and cozy. The kitchen space was amazing! it was a bit too chilly for us to use the outside amenities, eg the hot tub and the screened in porch but it was nicer we would have loved it! The only draw back is the highway traffic noise, BUT they provide ear plugs for that! such a thoughtful way to handle it. We loved our stay and will stay again.

Hidden Gem in Lexington, NC

Every Space was decorated for calm beauty and usefulness. Chip & Joanna Gaines could not have delivered a better renovation of this cozy Cottage!!!!The Cottage was easy to find, the Bed was super comfy, the double rain head showers were a nice bonus, the Hot Tub was evening perfection, and we ate all our meals alfresco!!!! Our pups had the best time racing & chasing in the back yard (NOTE: Book in July for your own Blackberry picking! the back edge of the Yard was all blackberry bushes). We were so close to many Great BBQ Restaurants and only 20 mins away from Lexington proper (Sophie's Cork and Ale is a must). It was a wonderful Weekend away from Raleigh, and we will be back!!!!

Quick & friendly communication, Clean & Updated Accommodations

Megan, the host, was prompt, kind and clear with all communications. (I loved how organized she was!) :) The check in and check out steps were both clear and simple. The place is as pictured. The inside was nicely updated, very clean and comfortable. The king size bedroom is at the front of the house, where you can hear the road traffic (they provided ear plugs, which was a nice touch, but heads up if you are a light sleeper). The queen size bedroom was comfortable (very little road noise could be heard). Both bedrooms had doors to go out to the patio, which was a nice touch. The kitchen is very open and had all the amenities you might need. The bathroom, although small, was very clean, updated and nice. The location is in a small town, quiet area. The yard is huge, although the driveway is kind of short/small, just as a heads up when you are pulling in. The hot tub and fire pit area both looked very nice, but we did not use either during our stay.Overall, this place is a YES! Comfortable, clean & super kind host! Yes yes yes! :)
