Hi Ellen, thank you for your feedback and for choosing Leeloo's on the Lake. We sincerely apologize that a few aspects of your arrival did not meet your expectations, but we would like to provide some context regarding how our team handled your concerns. Because our home is nestled in a beautiful, natural area, debris can sometimes find its way into the pool between its weekly professional cleanings. As soon as you notified us, our team personally went out to the property to skim the pool. We then immediately contacted our pool vendor and paid to expedite their service, having them come out a few days ahead of their scheduled route to ensure the pool was perfect for you. Regarding the spider web, we dispatched a team member right away who wiped down all the window sills. While they unfortunately missed the specific web on that first visit, we gladly sent them back a second time to make sure it was completely removed, and we skimmed the pool again while we were there. We pride ourselves on being highly responsive and took action immediately to make things right. We appreciate your patience and hope you were still able to enjoy the beautiful lake!
