Okeanos is an 8-bedroom, 7-full bathroom, 1-Half Bathroom oceanfront wonder in Emerald Isle. Six of the bedrooms in this home have their own oceanfront views! Be sure to enjoy the private pool with shallow water tanning ledge and hot tub located at the property so you can relax during your stay!

This new home has all-new mattresses, furniture, and bedding and be sure to check out the brand-new wood plank tile that runs throughout the whole house! There is also a brand-new kitchen with a large island, double oven, and two dishwashers. The new updates don't stop there, since all the bathrooms have also been updated recently, the home has a whole new exterior and, the whole house has been painted! Have some well-deserved family fun with the corn hole games provided!

Main Level:
The Main level has an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are two oceanfront bedrooms with king beds and private baths located on this floor. There is also an additional half bath.

Second Level:
Has four oceanfront bedrooms each with a king bed. Two of these bedrooms have private private en suite baths. One sound side bedroom has a king bed with private en suite bath while the other sound side bedroom has 2 double beds. There are two additional shared full baths this level.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen includes everything you will need to keep your whole party well-fed throughout your stay including a coffee maker, a large island, a double oven, two refrigerators, a microwave, and two dishwashers.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
