Enjoy this great 2 bedroom in a fantastic location for both summer and winter. Cimarron is 1 block off of Main St. and about 300 yards from the base of Peak 9. Master features a king w/ attached bath and the guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Large living room features a wood burning fireplace open to the fully stocked kitchen, dining room and private deck. In building shared washer/dryer as well as hot tubs, heated garage, and elevator. Access to Upper Village Pool 1 block away.
The Space
âą Large open plan kitchen, dining area, living room and private deck.
âą Wood burning fireplace. Wood, fire starter and matches are provided.
âą Dining table with seating for 6.
âą Kitchen bar area with additional seating for 4.
âą Master bedroom with king bed (two twins pushed together) and attached bathroom
âą Second bedroom with two twin bunk beds (4 total beds).
âą Balcony with chairs.
âą Maximum occupancy limit: 6 guests
BUILDING and AMENITIES
âą Two indoor hot tubs in the building located just one floor down, open year-round.
âą Large outdoor communal BBQ area
âą In-building pay washer/dryer
âą Sauna and steam room
âą Parking Limit: 1 car in either the underground garage (height clearance 7'6") or outdoor parking area. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage or a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the pay overnight lots in Breckenridge; the Airport Road lot or Ice Rink lot. UPPER VILLAGE POOL CLUBHOUSE:

âą This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1/2 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the Cimarron building that goes directly to the clubhouse. Parking on-site at the clubhouse is limited.
âą This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates:
- Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day
- Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.
LOCATION:
âą One block from Main Street and plentiful shopping and restaurants
âą About 2 blocks to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9
âą One block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building.
âą Two blocks down from the Snowflake Lift.
âą Bus stop located across the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
âą The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
âą The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
âą There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
