Spacious 1 bed/1 bath apt in Santa Clara w/patio
Beautiful detached backyard unit with one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. Built in 2019, the apartment has air conditioning, heating and also has a pull out sofa bed for a third person.
The apartment (612 sq ft) sits behind the main house and has it`s own separate entrance. It has a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker.
Levi Stadium is 5.4 miles from the apartment.
There is a queen size bed (memory foam mattress) and a large closet that has a desk area if you need a quiet space to work. The apartment has fast WiFi. There is a patio that is a shared space, so you might see gardeners or my family working in the backyard from time to time (only occasionally).
There is a comfortable full size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.
We allow children, but it is not set up for children and we do not provide children amenities.
There are lemon trees in the backyard. Guests are welcome to pick as many lemons as they want, while being careful with uneven surfaces and structures. Guests are welcome to use the patio although no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
We also provide one parking space in the driveway for guests.
There is no washer and dryer in the apartment, but there are a couple laundromats close by.
One small dog is allowed with a $50 pet fee (non-refundable).
For bookings longer than 30 nights guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb.
Guests have access to the entire apartment. The only shared space is the outdoor patio.
I have a property management company that is available 24 hours for any questions or concerns.
Quiet and nice residential area in the heart of Silicon Valley. Only 1.2 miles from Westfield Valley Fair Mall, 2 miles from Koreatown in Santa Clara, 4.5 miles from San Jose International Airport (10 -15 minute drive). Santa Clara University is two miles away.
Having a car is easiest, but there is a bus stop for Bus 60 that is 4 minute walk (Winchester & Newhall) that will take you to the Santa Clara Transit Center that is 1.7 miles. The San Jose Bart Station is 3.4 miles.
We live in the main house and give guests their privacy.
- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
- Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 7am
-Fast wireless Internet is provided. Do not attempt to make a wired connection. Renting this unit means that you agree not to use the network for illegal or abusive activities
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- One pet allowed with prior authorization and fee
- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- On check-out, please be sure to lock the door.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. Recommend wearing layers.
- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Be sure to turn off lights and heat when you are leaving. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay.
- Must be 21 or older to book the apartment
- No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed
- Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
