Weekend Getaway with Birthday/Mother’s Day Celebration!

This property was just as described. It was the perfect place to for the space we needed. The property was very clean and nice amenities. Everyone in our group said how nice and well kept the house was. Great communication and quick responses to our inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week in Bradenton! Kyle was great to work with and had wonderful communication. We didn't experience any issues during our stay. The house was as described and was very clean upon our arrival. The pool was delightful and we spent a lot of time in it. We also enjoyed the game room, extra refrigerator and all the beach/pool accessories. Thankful there were chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a wagon! We did two fishing charters during our stay - one with Captain Wess and another with Captain Jarod. We caught a few of fish and they were amazing dinners. This home is conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants.There is only one negative to my review, but this isn't against the home owners. Beware of the crazy traffic to the beaches if it's during prime vacation season. It took us an hour to get to the beaches each time, even though they weren't that far away. The traffic is this area is insane, so be prepared if you plan to travel into Anna Maria Island and the Bradenton beaches. We would consider staying here again!

Anna Maria Island and the surrounding beaches are beautiful, but they definitely attract a lot of visitors during prime vacation months. Plus, being so close to nature reserves and outdoor activities like kayaking, biking, and hiking is a huge bonus. It's the best of both worlds—relaxing and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy all the excitement the area has to offer!
