1) We have an OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERA on the property to ensure guest and owner security.
2) Our home accommodates up to 6 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and overnight guests. We will charge an additional $50 for each additional guest per night.
3) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.
4) Our home is SHOE-FREE to keep the desert dirt & sand away.
5) Please NO PETS.
6) Out of respect for our neighbors and delicate desert environment, please keep noise at a minimum. Quiet time is between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
8)Please do not move furniture around.
9) Photoshoots, special events (e.g. weddings, parties), or drones are not allowed without written permission from the owner.
10) Any illegal or abusive use of the Internet access is not allowed.
11) If you accidentally break or damage something, please kindly let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
12) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please treat our home as if it were your own. Any damages to the home or breaking of house rules may result in charges up to $1000.
13) Before check in we require picture of the ID for security proposes.
14) The pool cleaner is coming every Monday between 7 am and 9 am to complete the pool maintance, so you won't be able to use the pool for 2 hours after that.
15)PARKING: Due to Street Cleaning you can't park on the side of the house on Tuesday from 10 am to 12 pm; and you can't park across the street on Monday from 10 am to 12 pm. Please refer to the parking signs
