Great location, beautifully furnished. Very clean and family friendly. So close to the beach, only a 6 minute drive. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Ideal location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will use you again if available for any future trips to Port Aransas! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay! The community was clean and appeared well-maintained. It suited all our needs. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was under construction (no matter to our stay). It was also very quiet with no late-night gatherings that we heard, yet easy to access any of the attractions/restaurants in Port Aransas.

I write this in a conflicting state because certain things are out of peoples control but I'll be open about it. The property was really nice for the most part. Check-in was easy and the staff was great to communicate with. They were very responsive and timely. We got into the property and everything seemed fine until we noticed the crazy amount of ants in the master bedroom. I contacted the host and they were at the property in about 10 minutes to clean it up and take care of it. Then the following day pest control was out and we did not have further issues from that point on.One thing I do want to touch on. Be sure to buy the trip insurance. We bought the weather promise and not the trip insurance and that was a mistake. Port A got creamed with storms leading up to our trip and flooded beaches and caused issues from getting cars on the beach. I reached out to the host about just moving my trip to another weekend and unfortunately nothing could be done because I did not have trip insurance. That's 100 percent my fault but I figured given the ants and the weather, something could have been offered to us. We ended up only getting one day of sun and every other day was raining most of the day with crazy wind. But the staff was great and would I go back, just with trip insurance.

Hi! I'm from San Antonio, Texas, and I moved to the Port Aransas area after graduating from high school to attend Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi in 2008. Since then, I've built my career in property management with CCMS, who manages large condominium buildings in Port Aransas and oversees their rental programs. Port Aransas Vacation Rentals is a newer division within CCMS. CCMS has been operating since 1984, and I've worked with them in various capacities for the past 12 years!

I love living in Port Aransas, where I can walk my dog daily, spend time in the sun with my child, and surf whenever I can. Being a VRBO host is incredibly rewarding for me because I get to share this wonderful place with people who are visiting for the first time or returning year after year. I want them to experience what a coastal oasis this growing beach town is.

For me, being a host goes far beyond just renting out rooms; it's about providing an experience that guests can enjoy with their favorite people or even on their own. Taking time for yourself and carving out moments for your family is one of the most important things you can do. We're not here for a long time, but we are here for a good time! Vacations enrich our lives and help us maintain a positive mindset.

Aransas Harbors is situated near the channel, allowing you to observe large tanker ships and other vessels as they cruise by, even though you can't see the waterfront itself. The sounds of the ship horns often remind you that you're fully immersed in a coastal environment, complemented by the presence of seabirds. This quiet community is home to both long-term residents and a diverse group of short-term visitors.

There are many amenities to enjoy within the community, including a relaxing hot tub, a pool, and barbecue grills. For those seeking more active pursuits, there are opportunities to play pickleball, tennis, basketball, and participate in cornhole matches.

This top-floor condo is located directly across from the pool area, right as you enter the community. It's conveniently close to all the amenities you can enjoy during your stay, and it's accessible for golf carts! Golf carts are available for rent around town, but please note that you cannot drive them on the highway. The great advantage of this location is that you don't need to access the highway; you can simply drive your golf cart straight to the beach!
