This beautiful space is made up of two private units—each with its own entrance. You’ll love the adorable little kitchen, cozy living areas, and, best of all, the breathtaking view from your private balcony, overlooking the heated pool and stunning ocean beyond!

The property was once an ocean-front inn and has been thoughtfully converted into charming condos, beautifully updated and decorated for a fresh, welcoming feel. Unit 201/202 offers the best of both worlds with a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite featuring a full kitchen and living area, plus an additional 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom studio space. Ideal for families or small groups, each bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a set of bunks with a private en suite bath. **Please note:** Adults are not allowed on the top bunks.

The second-floor location provides peace and privacy, along with unbeatable views of the heated pool and sparkling ocean, making it the perfect place to relax and listen to the waves. Keep in mind that, as a second-floor unit, there is no elevator access, so it’s not suitable for those with mobility challenges.

The heated pool is a fantastic perk, complete with a baby pool for the little ones. And, being an end unit, you get the most spectacular ocean views in the building!

**Additional Information:**
- Non-assigned parking is available both in front of the building and across the street.
- Units 201 & 202 can be rented separately if you only need a 1-bedroom, 1-bath accommodation.

The property features a spacious grassy area perfect for lawn games, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze. Picnic tables are scattered throughout the space, offering ideal spots for outdoor dining or morning coffee under the sky. Fire up the **grill** for a classic beachside BBQ, then dine al fresco under the shade of our large outdoor umbrellas.

Just beyond the lawn, you'll find **private access to the beach**. Whether you're enjoying a family cookout, an evening sunset by the sea, or a quiet afternoon lounging under the sun, this outdoor area brings the best of coastal living right to your doorstep.
