This 3 bedroom condo also offers an additional 2.5 baths. You will love lounging on the oversized screened patio which is accessed by both bedrooms and the main living area. This unit has a genuine treehouse feel and receives welcomed shade in the summer months from the canopy of beautiful oaks so prevalent throughout Sea Woods. Just grab your flip flops and beach gear! An incredible location - just a very short walk to the beautiful no-drive beach as well as several shopping and dining options. Sea Woods features 3 pools(1 heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, a large clubhouse, fitness center and walking/biking paths canopied by sprawling oaks and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Perfect family vacation spot

This place is perfect for a family beach trip. It’s clean and spacious! The amenities are awesome with multiple pools and tennis courts. 5min walk to the beach. I definitely give this place a 4 star review!

I’ve stayed in this community in the past, but Karen’s place was stellar. Everything was easy, the condo was beautiful, and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously!

Cute condo exactly as pictured and described

This beach condo was perfect for our weekend trip to celebrate the life of our sister in law at New Smyrna Beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us adults and everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Though a quick visit, the condo had all the things we needed for our brief stay in a great location.

Fantastic spot!

We were worried as our stay was during hurricane season, but Karen was great to chat with and provided real-time updates as to the status of the unit. Close to restaurants, seconds from the beach, grocery, walking paths, etc. this place has it all!!!

Great new smyrna get away

Great place to stay out of the traffic and busy parts. Short walk to beach and amazing set up. Everything listed was perfectly in place and the pool was great. 3 minute drive to the heart of the drive on beach entrance was great!

Best friend birthday weekend

Great set up and very close access to beach. We weren't sure how things with going to be thanks though Helene but we survived. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for our group!

Beach Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner was easy to communicate with. It was walking distance to the beach and included everything we were looking for. The stay was fairly price compared to others in the area and we would recommend the property to others.

Perfect bungalow

Property was clean and well stocked. Beach walk was short and convenient. Property was quiet and peaceful. Bonus for all the loaner beach items. Kitchen had everything we needed, would love to stay here again sometime.
