SPRING BREAK DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Please note during spring break (March 5th - April 20th) there is a $500 refundable damage deposit due to complete your reservation via our property management system. If no damage is found, you will receive your refund within three days after you check-out.

NON-SPRING BREAK DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Please note all other times, there is a refundable $350 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card through our property management system to complete your reservation. If no damage is found, the hold will be released and the funds returned within three days of checkout.

RENTAL AGREEMENT (ALL YEAR)
In addition, a signed rental agreement is required to complete the reservation. The rental agreement will be sent after you complete your booking here.

POOL HEAT
Pool heat is included during the winter months for pool temperatures up to 79 degrees. Requests for higher temperatures will incur a fee of $40/day that must be paid through the resolution center prior to check-in.
