One mile from Whole Foods, 1/2 mile to Piedmont Ave with several coffee shops, retail, wine bars, grocery and Fenton's Creamery, which can't be missed while visiting the area. Less than one mile to restaurants and shopping on Telegraph Ave.

Welcome to this 2-bedroom apartment located in the charming Temescal neighborhood in Oakland. This gem offers a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances for all your cooking needs. One dedicated parking space is provided, adding convenience for those with vehicles.
