Thank you for your feedback, Anna. We’re sorry to hear that the stay did not fully meet your expectations. We want to clarify for future guests that when the concerns about the toilet seat and refrigerator were mentioned, our property manager Maria was already engaged and available on-site, and we were more than willing to resolve any issues promptly. Unfortunately, the decision to check out early was made before we were given the opportunity to complete repairs or adjustments. We always encourage guests to reach out as soon as something isn’t working as expected so we can address it right away. Had we been given the time, both matters could have been resolved during the stay. We can confirm that since all issues have been dealt with, and a brand nee fridge/freezer has been installed. That said, we appreciate you acknowledging our responsiveness and the in-person support provided. Guest comfort is important to us, and we continuously maintain and improve the apartment based on feedback. We wish you all the best in your future travels. — Gabriela
