Two Bedroom Condo with Breathtaking Ocean View

Veneto #2 is a two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo overlooking beautiful Samara Bay. Each bedroom contains a queen sized bed and attached bathroom with shower sleeping up to 4 people comfortably. Air conditioning keeps both bedrooms and the living area cool, but you can also open the windows wide to allow the Pacific breezes in.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need including coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, stove, oven, etc. The washer and dryer are right in your apartment as well.

Veneto #2 is one of the few condos in the building to have a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves as you watch them crash against the reef. Howler monkeys are common is the area and play in the tress on the property, and the scarlet macaws fly overhead.

Veneto #2 is located on the ground floor, so hauling things in from your vehicle is easy, and the elevator takes you down one level to the warm infinity swimming pool and lounge area with seating available in the sun or the shade. There are washrooms and showers down by the pool as well.

The condo is within a gated complex with 24 hour security. Parking is available for 1 vehicle.

Samara Beach is within walking distance down the hill, and the condo is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and toys to make your beach experience the best it can be. Samara Beach is family friendly, yet has perfect waves for boogie boarding and some surfing. The white sands and palm trees of Playa Carrillo and Playa Barrigona are short drives away. An outdoor tap and shower in the parking area helps to keep the sand out of the condo.

Samara's restaurants, fruit stands, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, farmer's market, and medical centre provide all the necessities for a perfect relaxing vacation. Snorkelling, dolphin and/or whale watching, fishing, coffee, horseback riding, and turtle tours are all available in the area, as well as tours that will take you up into the mountains to experience the treasures of Costa Rica. The condo is less than a 2-hour drive from the Liberia Airport.
