It's increasingly up-and-coming with many people renovating & restoring older homes & new initiatives like the Grant Avenue Parkway Project driving growth.
Close to downtown amenities but still mostly quiet, though you may hear occasional neighborhood sounds like dogs barking. (For your comfort, we provide a noise machine & earplugs)
We called this house our home for 2 years & always felt safe & at home here!
