Please note that this property is a duplex rambler, and the "Central Bellevue Retreat" listing is for the South Unit (Left Wing), with its own separate entrance for full privacy.
Guests are required to wait for final confirmation and check-in instructions from the property. Do not arrive at the guesthouse without receiving all necessary check-in details.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Entire secluded family suite with a private entrance, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with a dish washer, and a landscaped backyard oasis in an upscale, well-kept neighborhood. This spacious retreat offers a practical layout with separate dining and living areas, cozy bedrooms with various bed options, en-suite baths (including a bathtub), and both reserved and street parking. Accommodating up to 9 guests. Additional conveniences include in-unit washer/dryer, express check-in/check-out, keyless entry, fast WiFi, and Roku TV. Perfect for families and groups seeking a tranquil stay with easy access to city attractions, dining, and entertainment.
GUEST ACCESS
- 2 bedrooms, 2 attached baths (both en-suite, 1 with bathtub, 1 stand shower).
- 2 Queen beds, 1 Queen-size air mattress, and 2 Twin-size air mattresses.
- In each Bedroom: Beddings and linens, flat-panel TV with 140+ cable channels including ESPN or Roku TV, folding desk and chair, night lamp and stand, luggage rack, storage dresser, shelf, hangers, extension cord, trash can, iron and iron board.
- In each Bathroom: Hair dryer, towel hooks, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tumbler, bathtub or stand shower, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bathroom mat, trash can, toilet brush and plunger.
- In the Kitchen: Dining table and chairs, double induction cooktop, 4-quart digital air fryer, pot holders, trivets, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, dish rack, dish soap, sponge, and dish brush, garbage bin and trash bags, laundry hamper, dustpan and brush, all-purpose cleaner and room spray, paper towels and dish cloths, baking sheet, knives and cutting boards, cups and glasses, wine and can openers, colanders, cookware and cooking utensils, placemats, dinnerware, and cutlery sets. Complimentary hot beverages and condiments.
- In the Living room: Full-size sleeper sofa and coffee table.
- In the Closet: Extra beds (air mattresses), extra blankets, pillows, and bed sheets, extra toilet paper, extra towels, extra batteries for electronics, laundry bag, and first aid kit.
- Washer and Dryer. Laundry basket, Laundry detergent and Dryer sheets provided.
- Two (2) reserved parking spots. One (1) unreserved free street parking spot.
- Access to a covered private patio with a skylight.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
- We give guests space but are available when needed.
- We encourage our guests to enjoy the freedom and flexibility of self-service lodging. Please note that the guesthouse is not staffed, and there is no front desk or reception to answer phone calls. From the time a reservation is made until the day of arrival, communication will primarily take place via messaging, texting, or email. While phone calls may occasionally be returned, we recommend leaving clear voice messages, as all voicemails are carefully noted. After check-in, guests are welcome to contact us anytime via call, text, or email, and weâll respond promptly.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- No daily room service is provided. Room will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge.
- Guests will be given a PIN to enter the house. Do not share the access code to anyone except the people registered on the reservation.
- For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.
- The unit (800ft2 or 74m2) currently best serves up to 9 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests.
- Each reserved parking space ideally fits a Sedan, Compact or SUV. Vans and trucks should be fine if parked on the street. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. Do not block the mailbox bank. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
- Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Noise-free rooms are not guaranteed.
- Ground floor. No stairs.
- Exterior security cameras present in public areas only (parking lot and front porch).
- The fireplace in the living room is decorative only.
