Autrement dit, il n'y a rien de tel que cette maison sur le lac Sebago. Découvrez la vie de luxe au bord du lac dans ce camp moderne situé dans une crique protégée juste à côté du parc d'État Sebago à Naples. Ce camp de 3 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bain de plain-pied directement sur l'eau a toutes les commodités de luxe avec une sensation de camp. Entièrement neuf et rénové, avec un haut niveau de détail et de qualité des matériaux.

Il y a deux plages partagées juste à côté du camp, disponibles pour les clients et vous êtes juste à côté du Sandago de Sebago State Park. Profitez du kayak et du paddle board dans la crique privée ou en remontant la rivière Songo. Prenez votre café / thé du matin et regardez le lever du soleil sur le lac. Rassemblez-vous autour du feu de camp le soir et écoutez / observez la faune d'en face. La Chaussée de Naples est à seulement 6 minutes en voiture où vous pouvez trouver des restaurants, minigolf, glaciers et plus encore. Nous sommes également situés sur le côté 302 du lac où vous pouvez vous diriger vers l'est vers Portland ou vers l'ouest pour North Conway / Mt. Washington! Également situé à 25 minutes de Shawnee Peak pour le ski. C'est un endroit où vous pourrez pratiquer la randonnée, la pêche, la raquette, le patin à glace et le ski de fond toute l'année! Lorsque l'été chaud commence à se terminer, il se transforme en une incroyable saison de lorgnage des feuilles à l'automne dans la région des lacs!

L'emplacement est parfait pour toutes choses sur le lac Sebago et les touches personnelles de cette propriété feront certainement une expérience mémorable !!

Love that the property is so close to the water. The boys caught so many fish even right off the dock. The sand bar is so close but where the property is, it's so quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning did a great job keeping it cold.

Great camp to explore Sebago and the surrounding areas.

The property was perfect. Jenilee was very responsive. Good option for two couples or a family with a couple of kids. The location is central for day trips and other adventures around the lake.

Fabulous Stay

We had an amazing trip thanks to this wonderful house. Everything was brand new and the space is very efficient. Our three children loved the bunk room and making s’mores by the fire pit. We rented a boat and kayaks and was perfect having your own dock. The kids loved kayaking over to the sandbar which is right next door. We’ve vacationed at Sebago before and this was the best place we’ve stayed at- Highly recommended

Updated house

The place was very clean, updated, right on the water but quiet. Right around the corner is yhe sand barge. Our washer broke but it was fixed the next day. Wonderful stay. Only downside is if u bring a big boat, the driveway isn’t big enough. I would definitely give this place a 10/10. The fishing was great right off the deck.

Simplicity Vacation

Upon entering the home we were provided with a "Thank You" note as well as a pound of coffee and a "Smore's Kit". In the past 17 years of renting properties, this was the first time any homeowner left us such nice welcoming gifts. The property was very well stocked with kitchen, bath and laundry items. The beds were super soft, which made for a comfortable nights rest. The week we were there made coming into an air conditioned house very much needed. The simplicity of it's layout made you feel like you were in a much larger space. The floating dock was wonderful as well as the firepit and outdoor gas grill. We rented a boat for the week, so the dock came into use daily. It is a very quiet area once the sandbar boats leave for the day which is not to take away from this lovely home at all. The property is situated just around a little bayou cove to the left of the sandbar. You are far enough away from the other neighbors which made it feel comfortable and not smothering. Thank you again Jenilee for a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing time.

Wonderful week

Great cabin right on a protected inlet, but close to the main lake. Exactly as advertised. Owner was very responsive. My husband had great luck fishing, and the lake is beautiful for swimming and boating. Wonderful time had by all!

Great vacation spot

This property and our entire experience on Sebago was great! Great location right off the state park sandbar. The sandbar can get busy on the weekends as other boats come to enjoy the sun, sand and water but that is to be expected from a great location like that. There were many other coves we pulled into and explored for fishing, swimming and on the water fun. The Songo river was a big hit with the kids for a lazy boat ride and early morning fishing with my son. We brought up our own boat from home and the ride to the state park boat launch was just a short trip up the road. Great spots nearby for eating out or an evening trip for ice cream. We really like the Deck House for dinner and the Ice Cream Dugout. My only disappointment was that this place is already booked up for next year. We definitely would like to visit here again.

Sebago Oasis

Awesome spot on Lake Sebago, a few minute kayak (or paddle board) ride away from the best swimming spot on the lake (the sandbar by the Lake Sebago State Park). The home was spotless, beautifully designed and extremely easy to access with self-entry key code, with all the amenities you can think of (the kids loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit). We had a great time and will be back!! Thank you so much for making our stay so accommodating and comfortable.

Perfect escape on Sebago!

My friends and I had the best week here! The house has all the amenities you would need including a beautiful dock where we parked a boat we rented for the week. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Great August Trip to Sebago

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 young kids (ages 2, 4, and 7) for a week in August. The cabin is stylishly renovated and a stone’s throw from the water. The cabin felt much larger than the square footage read - a well laid out floor plan with really nice decor, and stocked with absolutely everything you’d need to make yourself at home. We ate almost all of our meals at the house, and all of our cooking needs were met (good supply of utensils, pans, etc). And, there were board games for kids and adults of all ages. The outside area includes a fire pit and grill, plus a floating dock with a couple of lounge couches. My oldest son fished off the dock nonstop and loved it. The only downside was that the water right off the dock was more weedy than we anticipated so we chose not to swim there. Right around the corner from the house, however, is a great sandbar where the water is crystal clear. We rented kayaks and it took just a few mins to get there, and then we rented a pontoon boat for a few days, too. If you have small kids that love to swim, I’d recommend renting kayaks or a boat for your stay. The proximity to the sandbar was clutch for us. Lastly, the owner is lovely! She’s super responsive, and clearly didn’t look overlook any details in creating a great stay for her guests.

Inside was great; outside didn't meet expectations

While the cottage is lovely and beautifully appointed inside, we didn't feel that the listing accurately depicted the surroundings and waterfront area, which was disappointing considering the premium we paid for this property, i.e. it's not directly on Sebago, the water access is weedy and muddy, not great for swimming, and the front parking area was overgrown and muddy, too. The listing pictures were taken in winter so we know now that we didn't get a realistic picture of the waterfront area or the neighboring camp-like properties. That said, the owner was responsive and personable. When we brought some minor issues to Jenilee, she was very apologetic and attentive. We made the best of our week, but we did leave feeling a little bittersweet.

Hi Naomi, Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate all the feedback you provided. In the first sentence of the description of the home we state the camp is in a protected cove and first photo of the living room photo reflects where you can see that. We had received a solid amount of rain in the beginning of the week which is why I think the driveway was muddy and unfortunately Mother Nature is out of my control. Although the home has been upgraded and built with all the modern amenities we do state that it is still camp. We are 25 ft back from the water and you will notice if you ride around the lake that most camps do not have private sandy beaches but we do offer several options close by, i.e state park pass. I am still very sorry that our home did not exceed your expectations but I do believe we agreed and came to a fair resolution. We hope you enjoy the rest of your summer!

AMAZING SETTING

The house is set directly on the water with amazing sunrise and sunset views. We were here in off season but had great walks on the beaches and hiking trails. The house has everything we needed, is clean, modern and well designed. We highly recommend this house and we will be back in the summer for all the swimming and boating,

I am a New Hampshire native and have been coming to Maine my entire life. Having recently moved from Tahoe, CA, Jen and I were looking for a place that would have all the things we loved out west and here in one. Having a background in construction, we knew just how special this home was the moment we saw it! We can't wait to host our guests and show them just how great Maine is!

We love to travel and have been all over the world and one of the things we cherish is finding a sliver of home in the places we stay and we are striving to give the same feeling for our guests. If there is anything we can assist to make your stay feel more at home we would love to hear it!

Their craftsmanship is that of none other with such beautiful detail and has the privacy everyone looks for in a getaway with having all three amenities you could want at your fingertips. Enjoying a coffee watching the sunrise come up over the lake is just one of many special experiences this camp will give.
