The space
The Blue Pearl presents you with over 3500 SQFT of space to enjoy. It is new and custom home with unusually large rooms and 36 inches doors throughout the house. It was built from the ground up by us. It is 6 bedrooms (including 2 master bedrooms) and 4.5 baths space with a huge backyard and nicely constructed deck at the rear. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the first floor (no stairs), including the grand master suite. Second floor also has 3 bedrooms, including another master and 2 full baths. Step into the spacious living/ and dining area and you'll be swept away by the nicely and modern decorated space overlooking the backyard. The multiple windows make the view the centerpiece of the room - you'll want to sink into the beautiful furniture, relax and enjoy your well-deserved getaway!

Offering plenty of seating, this space also boasts a large 65-inch Smart TV hanging over the fireplace. The dining table can seat up to 8 and there’s an oversize ten-foot island comfortably seating additional 4.

The kitchen is open to this area -- so you can cook, enjoy your guests AND the view at the same time. There are 4 comfortable bar stools, so you can enjoy breakfast, snacks, beverages, or just good conversation with the cook! This well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and plenty of counter space to work with. You’ll find all the necessities such as a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, icemaker, blender, ample plates, glasses, and kitchen utensils. You'll also find one coffee maker and wine cooler on the other side.

For your convenience, we supply many “extras” such as cleaning products. You can also barbecue on the charcoal grill on the huge deck!

1st King Main Suite on first floor - This is a huge master bedroom with its own huge bath and walk-in closet. You don't need to climb any stairs. It is conveniently located on the ground level. It also comes with a separate living area! You’ll sleep well on the comfortable mattress king bed and wake up refreshed. You could also curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the large 65 inches Smart TV. Additional features include 2 bedside tables with lamps and a dresser.

2nd King Main Suite on second floor - This is the second master bedroom in the house. Located upstairs with its own bath and dual walk-in closet. This suite is truly private retreat. The luxury Master bathroom compliments the suite! With abundance of space, you’ll be spoiled by the gorgeous standing shower and double vanity. This second King Main Suite welcomes you with a comfortable king bed, a Smart TV to enjoy a movie or catch up on your favorite shows. Two bedside tables with lamps and draws provide plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

Back to the first floor - There are two other big bedrooms with king and queen size beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a luxury standing shower. The bedroom with a king size bed overlooks the private backyard while the one with queen size bed overlooks the road (not really for a light sleeper). Both bedrooms are equipped with 55-inch TVs to catch up with your shows.

Back to the second floor - There is additional two big bedrooms which jacked and Jilled into each other with a huge bathroom. Bedroom on the right has another king size bedroom, walk-in closet and a 55 inches smart TV. The bedroom on the left has 2 bunk beds comfortably sleeping four people/kids. It also has 55-inch smart TV.

TOILETRIES and SUPPLIES PROVIDED: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bar soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Dish towels, bath/hand towels, wash cloths and makeup towels. In addition, a blow dryer in each bathroom.

Groceries and other needs are just a few miles away with Publix, Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot Hardware, Pharmacies and Medical only 2 miles away, keeping Blue Pearl a true and beautiful getaway destination.

HOUSE RULES
Please Note: Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund for the following reasons:

*Exceeding maximum occupancy. (14 guests maximum-children and infants count as guests.)

*We are a neighborhood friendly short & mid -term rental. After first warning for disruptive behavior such as impeding traffic, hanging out and drinking in the driveway, you will be out.

*Bringing any type of pet into the home. Exterior of the house is equipped with cameras. Do not try to sneak any pets into the Blue Pearl.

*Smoking in the home. Leaving house with any weed/cigarettes smoke smell will result to $300 charge. If you smoke outside, please do not discard cigarette butts in yard.

* No food in the bedrooms.

* No insolvents in the toilets. Toilet paper only in the toilets.

* No Parties or Events.

*No refunds on early check outs.

*Take out trash.

*Turn off lights if not in use.

*Minimum cleaning required such as taking out trash, and loading dishwasher.

*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
Guest access
You will have access to all the entire two levels of Blue Pearl, including the back yard and deck.

Garage is not accessible to guests. However, you will have access to electric charger if you drive an EV.

House is self check-in with a key pad. No key required. You will be sent the guest access information the morning of your arrival in the Welcome Message with all the information you need to have a comfortable stay.

Other things to Note
House has a separate apartment underneath with separate entrance. There is no shared spaces between the two units. This apartment is also listed on short term platforms. There may be an occupant during your stay so please respect the Quiet Time rule.

PARKING: There are ample parking on the premises. The driveway in front of the garage is assigned to your stay. This driveway can easily park 4 cars.

You will need ask if you want to utilize the side driveway for overflow as this is assigned to the apartment downstairs.
