The VRBO could be cleaned better, the bed is very springy and loud. Sitting on the edge of the bed and you practically sink down. The mini split does not cool the entire apartment down. Bedroom stays warm. Fan is living room is annoying and loud. Overall it worked for the price.

Cute, quiet place

This was a charming place in a quiet neighborhood very close to the ballparks. We walked there and back and never felt unsafe.

Positives: Great communication - Super clean. Excellent location to walk to Hard Rock. Negatives: Furniture was very narrow and dorm like. Bed did not have support in the middle. Shower was only luke-warm even though sink water was super hot (Informed host & they said they would check shower)Neutral: No street parking but Hard Rock had free garage parking (about a 5 minute walk)

Well kept and clean, weird layout and questionable neighborhood

The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities you would look for. However, the bathroom was located far from the bedroom, as was the kitchen, making for a strange layout. I also had some concerns walking around the neighborhood at certain times of the day so do your research!

There was a coffee maker but no suitable cups for drinking coffee out of. The furniture was tiny and I couldn’t sit on any of the living room furniture. The bed was terribly the center supports of the bed frame were all busted and the bed would sag in the middle. The a/c was not capable of cooling the whole space. The ceiling fan in the living room made terrible noises and the one in bedroom only ran on high and shook terribly. The remote and light for the fan in the bedroom didn’t work. To top it all off our car was broke into while we were there. The space was clean and new construction. Check in was easy.

The place was very nice on the inside and more roomy than I thought it would be in the explanation. The hostess was very responsive as I had one issue while I was there and that was taken care of very quickly!I generally enjoyed my stay.The ad indicated that there was no parking on the street and that is definitely true. I was able to stop and get unloaded, and then go park. Based on my calculation, I think the nearest parking is about four blocks away, which provided some minor convenience.Another thing is that my unit was on the second floor and there was not an elevator so continuly climbing those stairs was not something I looked forward to, especially when moving in and moving out.
