Located within walking distance to restaurants, museums, Kroger grocery store, pickleball courts and easy access to the vibrant neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine (also known as OTR).
The building is really well located with easy access to highway I-71/75 & 471. The condo is spacious with tall 10â ceilings and big windows. There is
400Mbps high speed internet for 4K TV streaming or if youâre working from home. The living room has a 55â Smart TVs for streaming as well as a comfy couch. The kitchen has a Keurig for your coffee needs as well as a dishwasher, and microwave. There is a half bathroom on the hallway with hair dryer included.
The bedroom also has a 55â Smart TV for those nights where you only want to watch some Netflix and relax. Master bathroom has all you might need or mightâve forgotten including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and 100% white cotton towels.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo. There is also a common area on the first floor with a TV and a large kitchen with ice to share some drinks with friends.

Parking is available on the street or at 8th and Sycamore Parking Garage a block away.
