All you have to do is push the blow button that represents COLD and it will blow you completely out of that room I promise you. One simple message could help that. You get to control the thermostat. Turn it on and turn it down. You had the fan blowing only. The pet fee always shows up when you’re booking on the front end not the back end. All you have to do is click the pet button when you’re booking it on the front end. If you do not do it on the front end yes, we will message you to try to collect the pet fee. Thank you for paying that. We didn’t realize you had a pet until we seen it. Why should guest plan on bringing their own water? There’s a faucet. Have you ever stayed in a hotel, there’s only one faucet in the bathroom? Not sure what the problem here is, but there is a great water source like any hotel. Becky messaged us that she had a great time. Not sure why the 3 stars but when you don’t know how to operate something, just ask for help instead of leaving 3 stars for not knowing how to turn on the air. Thanks for coming
