The three-level home is designed for relaxed coastal living, longer stays and flexible use. It can function as a traditional 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom residence, or select rooms can be prepared as offices, workspaces, media rooms or creative rooms depending on your needs.

The primary suite features a California king four-poster bed and a spa-style bathroom with freestanding tub. Upstairs, there is also a versatile office / projection room that works beautifully as a media room, reading room, creative workspace or additional lounge.

The lower level includes a separate bedroom suite with full bathroom, an open living room with lounge / TV area, full kitchen, dining area and direct access to the outdoor dining deck, BBQ area and large convertible ping-pong dining table. The ground-level deck includes a Weber BBQ, outdoor heaters, lounge seating, dining space and a large table that can also be used for ping-pong.
