Smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. Had to buy a candle to try and air out the smell. There’s a gap in the corner of the balcony so if you have small kids or dogs it could be dangerous. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers be sure to bring your own Tupperware or storage because there is none. Location was good and overall everything else was fine.

It appears improvements are continuing to be made to this complex. We stayed at these condo's several years ago and it is improved since then. They still have work to do but we were pleased with the efforts and would stay there again.The room was also better than anticipated and was a great value for a last-minute trip. I would also stay in this unit again.

Place was nice for a one night stay. The blankets smelled like dogs and didn’t seem to washed. Other than that nice location. The pool and hot tubs were nice.

Rented the place with Vrbo. Host or property owner never responded to them and I drove 4 hours to Galveston to realize I didn’t have a room to stay for the weekend. Vrbo helped us out to find another place.

Floors were dirty and throw blanket and smelled awful and comforter was dirty eyelashes on the floors in bedroom and bathroom other than that it was cozy and the view amazing. I did trip over a black cord going to the elevator it was sticking up from crack other than that we loved it.

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was nicely placed on the Seawall with a beautiful view. Accommodations were excellent. Don't forget to get a parking pass from office or via QR code inside elevator. Fun to have so many other pets around and the dog park was perfect.

When we arrived elevator is not working. Requested early check-in but is charging us between 20-30 even if the unit is already clean.

Check in was ok but I paid parking ahead for " so called convenience and still had to go to office to get parking pass. We are both cancer patients and elevator not working so had to climb stairs. Attendant in office not exactly friendly and I felt like we were bothering him

The condo was very old, but the AC was cold, the shower was strong & hot, & the refrigerator and ice machine worked well. Great pool and hot tub and beach is across the street (which has 4 lanes of traffic plus a turn lane). Downsides include inadequate silverware (4 tablespoons, a serving spoon, and only 1 teaspoon, for example), broken drawer, couch and dining only for 2 people. Dust-laden ventilation system. One provided towel had blood stains. But other than these items, it was ok.

Condo was reasonably clean, comfortable and equipped. Pool area was nice. Some of the overall complex was in good repair, some not so much. We stayed at a different unit in the same complex a little over 2 years ago and there was some remodeling/construction going on, so we thought maybe this time of it would be finished and the complex would be better; however, there was more areas that were being worked on - as in equipment and supplies laying around in fenced off areas. But despite good weather and being there during the off-season, no actual work seemed to be taking place while we were there. I was also surprised to learn that the parking fee had more than doubled since the last time we were there. I think it was around 20 last time, and this time it came to 48 and some change with tax. It is nice, though, that all the parking is covered in the parking garage in the ground floor of the complex. All in all not bad, but I wonder about the financial solvency of the property because of the slowness of the work that has been taking place.

The view at this unit is great, there’s a palm tree that perfectly blocks the go cart sign and it’s close to the seawall. I appreciated the hooks and shelves that made it easy to store things. Tv in bedroom and mirrored closet door. I really enjoyed the tall seating that helps you enjoy the view from inside and also on balcony. It was nice having a suitcase stand and hangers in the closet, black out curtains in the bedroom, beach towels and even a beach basket to use while you’re there. Some beautiful artwork as well. I had an easy check in, management was friendly and questions were answered quickly. My dog enjoyed watching things from the balcony.
