Upstairs, you'll find two more street-side bedrooms with two queen beds each, and two oceanfront master bedrooms with king beds and TVs for your comfort and convenience.

The open-concept living and dining areas provide plenty of space for gathering, with a dining table that seats ten and four additional barstools at the kitchen bar for extra seating.

Enjoy a variety of amenities, including an enclosed outdoor shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and three TVs with Blu-ray players. Stay connected with secured Wi-Fi throughout the house. Relax on the oceanfront covered deck while taking in stunning views, or catch some rays on the open deck atop the dunes, complete with built-in benches for lounging.

The home features keyless entry for added convenience, and a golf cart outlet is located near the left side door for easy beach access.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
