Inside this property will be fully set up and ready for the relaxation to begin, starting with parking for up to 9 cars! A pool table in the den area will feature a wet bar and a queen sleeper sofa. This property features an elevator that can help making luggage and grocery handling a breeze. To enhance your beach days, we provide all the essentials: chairs, umbrellas, and toys, ensuring your time on the sand is effortless and enjoyable. All linens including sheets and bath towels are provided, just pack some a swimsuit and beach towels to begin enjoying your vacation, and get "Hooked"!

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located 2 doors down, a 1 minute walk to the beach!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.


HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- No pets
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
